You seem to be having a lot of difficulty understanding my instructions.

Follow this guide first and see if you can understand how to change the boot order: How to change the boot order

Once you have it set correctly then see if the CD will work when you switch the PC on.

If it doesn't then I will try to help you burn the CD correctly, if you simply copied the diagnostics program to the CD it will not boot the PC it has to be burned as an image file with an ISO burner as detailed in the instructions. There is a link for the program ImgBurn in the instructions and details of how to use it, there are also instructions for using the Windows 7 image burner.

To keep it simple, just follow a similar process as you did with the hard drive diagnostics.

Don't bother with the preliminary checks.

Download Memtest86+ from the link provided.

You then burn it to a disc in just the same way as you did for the diagnostics.

Put the disc in the drive and reboot the PC.

Let the test run until it has reached 8 Passes or until it flags up errors.

This will take many hours to complete so you can set it up to run overnight and view the results in the morning.

Let me know the results after 8 passes or stop the test if it flags up errors and I'll tell you what to do next.

Well, so far all the tests are coming up clean and your system is looking 100% healthy.

I would like you to run the PC in safe mode for a while to see if the problem still happens.

Tap on the F8 key from the moment you switch on and when the menu appears use the arrow keys to highlight Safe mode with Networking and hit the Enter key.

The graphics will be quite different but please continue to use the PC for several hours and see if the glitches and freezing still happen and let me know the outcome. You can then reboot the PC and it will revert back to Normal.
