The laptop is a compaq presario 2100 and a friend gave it to me, so i thought i'd be smart and safe, and seek professional help before i opened it up and tinkered around.
After i press the power button, it turns on, and then after 3 or 4 seconds it simply restarts. It doesn't restart, however, if i spam the delete key to go into BIOS. Once i exit BIOS and try default values or any values it repeats the problem. I ran a hard drive check and all is normal...so any advice would be nice. Thank You
