Laptop running sluggish and slow

    I recently found a trojan and numerous malware/spyware on my laptop, and I used spybot S&D to remove it all. However, the laptop still feels sluggish and slow, and my task manager says I am using alot of my CPU usage and all I ahve going are virus program and spybot.
