Laptop Weird Noise

Hello, I recently installed an SSD (removed the hard drive) on my laptop and since then I've been hearing a constant noise. I will post a YouTube link to a video where you can hear the noise. If anyone knows how I can fix it please help.

Extra information:
The sound is louder when opening any program like google chrome for example.
The sound gets louder when I scroll through any program.
When launching a game, the graphic card engages and the sound stops.

That is one weird noise. Sounds almost like a staccato drum salute. Unable to tell if hardware or coming from speakers (software). If you can disable the system sounds, does sound go away?

I disabled the speakers but the noise keeps on. Oh and wait the drum is me accidentally hitting the table, the noise I worried about is the low kind of grinding.
