Oh yeah, good old Clinton, wonder if he advised Davis to get some better looking secretaries too, you know just in case clinton is ever visiting his office....
people think that arnold would get chewed up in a debate, when it comes down to real economic issues .........i, for one would start giving rebates for rooftop solar, stop importing water from the colorado and desalinize, use tidal power where applicable, and, do alot of tuna fishin'........arny loves the kids, and his after school programs are his answer to keeping crime off the streets..............i'm all for it.....................so, there you have it.............if i wasn't half japanese and half swedish, from english decent, with a unique writing style, and one vote from arkansas, i might have a chance............mexican, and i'd be a shoe in :grinthumb
Not living in California, it's hard for me to understand all this circus going on with this election. Last I heard, after the deadline, almost a hundred and thirty people had been qualified to run for the election. When an adult film star named Mary Carey, (a well endowed Mariah Carey look alike), gets an interview on Fox News, and Larry Flynt and many other lessor known people get in on this, it almost takes on the feel of a big joke. Jerry Springer would have made this complete. Most of these people are in this for the publicity. Arnold Schwartzanegger may actually win this election and may very well make a good Governor. He seems very sincere, shouldn't be in it for the money, he's got plenty, and with the right backup might indeed do a good job. But as an outsider looking in, even though I know this is serious business, it sure has the feel of a Hollywood stunt. Can the movie be far behind. Being from a small state like Arkansas, it's also hard to understand how an eight billion dollar surplus can turn into an eight billion dollar defecit in just a few years. I guess it's easy to see why the present Governor is being recalled, because the people of California will probably be paying for this for a long time to come.
no, everyone lost their @ss in the stock market me including..........on top of that, ..........an energy crisis........political campaigns are a write off, so, you're right................they are just for exposure (reminds me of the kobe trial)................any exposuse, even bad, is nowadays precieved as good.......so, read my ideas for a platform, ............scroll up.............money has to come from somewhere, what better resources than sun and sea...........all of which we have in spades
Energy crisis is because californians decided they didn't want to build powerplants in the 90s when this type of thing was eminent.
