    I have only one question, for those of us who actually purchased a product from one of the mentioned companies, do we get compensated? Where does this money go exactly? It's all fine and dandy to fine these companies for price fixing, but whats the point if the end consumer actually doesn't get anything out of it?

    The point would be to discourage manufacturers from continuing similar practices for fear of losing even more money.
