Lego Star Wars keeps crashing

I just recently got LEGO Star Wars, and it worked for about a day, then it started crashing on the beginning of the Star Wars theme, with an error message saying "a problem caused the program to stop working". How do I fix this?

This is a long shot, but run CCleaner (it's amazing how temporary files built up can cause many bad issues)

Also confirm all your Device Drivers are up to date

That's a good start anyway. If there are still faults, you may need to turn off any high resourced programs ( ie if you have Norton Antivirus un-install it)

Lastly you could try Memtest on your Ram

Well, I may need to try that, who knows, but I just tried using the compatibility wizard, and it seemed to work fine. Whether it works tomorrow is something else.

Same problem. What is the compatibility wizard? Would like to try and see if this helps. My son is going mental with this problem!
