The mobile version of AMD's Llano APU is cropping up across various notebook manufacturers this week with Lenovo and Samsung unveiling new Fusion-powered systems. Lenovo has added the 15.6-inch IdeaPad Z575 to its rank of mobile machines, offering three base configurations starting from $529 with AMD's lowly 2.4GHz E2-3000M, integrated Radeon HD 6380G, 2GB of RAM, and 320GB of storage.

A mid-range Z575 ships with the snappier 2.5GHz A4-3300M APU and its embedded 444MHz HD 6480G graphics core, 4GB of RAM and 500GB of storage for $579. Another $100 pushes that setup to a quad-core 2.3GHz A6-3400M with an HD 6520G and a 750GB hard drive. All of the systems come with a 1366x768 display, a DVD writer, a 0.3MP webcam, a six-cell battery, HDMI-out and a one-year warranty.

Meanwhile, Samsung's first Llano-equipped notebooks are expected to hit retailers in Russian any day now, while e-tail listings in the US have begun to surface. The company's 15.6-inch 305V has appeared online in two configurations: the 305V5A-A01 and 305VA-A02. Like Lenovo's A-series Llano offerings, both 305Vs feature a 1366x768 display, 4GB of RAM, a DVD burner, and Windows 7 Home Premium.

The lesser-endowed model is listed on Cost Central for $535 with a dual-core 2.1GHz A4-3310MX with a 444MHz Radeon HD 6480G and a 320GB 5400RPM hard drive. At $580, the 305VA-A02 doubles the processing cores and storage with a 1.6GHz quad-core A6-3410MX and 640GB HDD, while the integrated HD 6520G is clocked down to 400MHz but gains 80 more shaders and four texture mapping units.
