Lines behind my cursor

    Hey guys, a few days ago these random lines appeared behind my cursor, like a block of vertical gray lines. I don't know what it is, I've never seen or heard of it before. Also since they appeared, my laptop has been slower, and the screen randomly goes blank sometimes. If anybody knows what this is or how to fix it any help would be appreciated. Thanks
