    May be some help

All I can tell you is that I have had the same annoying issue for the past 2 months,. Nothing I tried worked, until I found this forum and completed the "8 steps" you are asked to complete before posting up log files for help. Just doing what was asked in those 8 steps has fixed my problem.... Wouldn't hurt to try yourself. To run Malwarebytes and Hijackthis you may have to copy then rename their respective .exe files and then they should run.

Please don't paste any more logs here. You are told to attach then only. The moderator will remove these. The '5 post link' message is NOT for logs. Use the paper clip icon to attach.

I can't take you through a cleaning because I'll be off for a while, but suggest this ASAP:

Remove ALL of these from the Trusted Zone:
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.amaena.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.avsystemcare.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.onerateld.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.safetydownload.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.trustedantivirus.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.virusschlacht.com
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.amaena.com (HKLM)
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.avsystemcare.com (HKLM)
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.onerateld.com (HKLM)
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.safetydownload.com (HKLM)
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.trustedantivirus.com (HKLM)
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.virusschlacht.com (HKLM)

To do this: Control Panel> Internet options> Security tab> Trusted Zone> Sites> highlight and remove each of the above. You don't need any sites in Trusted Zone. Security is lower in this zone.

    P2P Warning:
BitTorrent DNA: file sharing and malware go hand and hand. Advise uninstall.

You are running both McAfee and Symantec security programs. Decide which one you want and remove the other.

Your router need to be reset> you have DNS Changer malware. Until that is done, you will be redirected to IP 85.255.112.203 in the Ukraine.

You best start is to run the steps in the Removal thread, attach the logs and let someone help you. Use Safe Mode if you have to and use a flash drive to download the programs, then install them on the problem computer.
