Loading Drivers

    I am trying to update the drivers for my maxtor ultra ata 100 card and i have downloaded the new drivers but can not install them. I have to install them from boot up because i have yet to install win xp because of the errors i recieve that i feel has to do with the card drivers.

    How do i accomplish this?

    Welcome to TechSpot Forums

    The driver should be (unpacked) in a floppy disk drive A:, then selected during XP install when it says "Press F6 to add 3rd party drivers" or something like that.
