Looking for a good EMail program i can use hotmail with

Im looking for a email program that i can use my hotmail account with. The thing is that with outlook i cant custimize the sound it makes when u get new mail. I would like to do that, ive traide Pocomail but for some reason it isnt working. And thunderbird just dosnt work with hotmail
