Looking for eeectl

I need this program and I am behind a proxy that will not let me access the developers' site OR a fileshare utility to download it from! What I need is for someone who already has it (or kind enough to take 5 mins and download it) to send it to me via email!

hey thanks for that kim! I googled it but the proxy that I am behind is pretty wacked out, so I didn't come across anything. and upon clicking your link, it came up as blocked, haha.
