Looking for new graphics card

I am currently looking for a new graphics card but I don't know what to the key things are when you look at them. If you could tell me what I should look at and what is good when buying a graphics card. A have a $200, so if you just want to give some good graphics cards that you think would be able to play the new Age of Emires III that would be great. Thanks

The most important factor of any card is whether or not it will work in your computer. You need to identify that you have either an AGP or PCI or PCI Express port. Once you know this, you can then shop around for a video card within your budget.

Do you have any specs on your system? You may not even have a graphics upgrade slot to take a graphics card, so please be more specific. If you have agp(8x/4x), which is the most likely case, you should look into a 6800 or 6600gt agp.

this is the best card you are gonna get for under 200 dollars, your gonna need at least a 350 watt power supply to run it though. im assuming you have an agp slot?

Yeah I have an apg 4x/8x slot so i think i am going to go with the evga thanks.
