Looking for some software/way that will...

  1. Hi all,

Bascially, the boss wants to adopt a positive policy of filling out a 'rave' form, about someone in the business who has done well on either a project or whatever.
eg. Jobber A fills in a 'Rave' form about Jobber B saying that they did really well on Project C and was a credit to the company blah blah blah.
When they hit 'send' (or whatever) an alert pops up on everyone's screen (working on terminal services, ws2003) alerting everyone to the new 'Rave'.

    Get my drift?

Was wondering whether there may be a plug-in for Outlook 2003, or some way we could get something similar to work in/with Outlook.
Maybe a specific stationery or sig setup in outlook then mailed to a distribution list once the form had been filled in.

Any ideas? I'm really clueless as to where to start with this.
Thought about writing a VB programe, but would take me too long as i'm out of practice with VB.

Any help would be most appreciated, thanks
    :)
