Loop Problem, Please Help

Hi Everyone. It was just a normal day,I downloaded CCleaner, and some things to help clean up the spyware. The spyware just a random pop-up once in a while, but I needed to get rid of it. I turn my computer off to try it later. I turn it on, the Compaq Titles comes up as usual, then the black screen that leads to loading, then I hear the noise thats usually associated with restarting. Its been going on like this for the past hour now. I tried pressing f8 and going into safe mode, but the exact same thing happens. I tryed Last good configurations, and everything else but whenever i press enter, my compaq title comes up and it continues to reboot. I even tryed to disable rebooting after system failure, but that did not work either. I am using Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated.

I got a Message that says this, when the Cd says window is starting.

STOP: c0000221 Unknown Hard Error

What does that mean??

sounds like you still have a virus.

Ntdll.dll is an NT layer DLL file that controls Windows NT system functions.

This is still when I have the CD in, it shows the blue screen and it says Setup is starting Windows, then after a while it blanks out, and that message comes up.
