Lotus Notes v8.5.2 -- how to get home page back so I can reconfigure it

    Used to have Home Page access at top of border, but my company MIS accidently removed it and now I cannot get it back. I would like to have my home page back. The Lotus Notes Help is not too helpful as they assume it is right at the top of the border. What has been removed by my company's MIS is the "Click here for home page options" link and I cannot find how to reenable it to be there.

    Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Which operating system is installed? Windows 7 has special "rescue" approaches for most such problems.
