Low consumption graphics card

Hi Guys,

I want to upgrade my ATi HD2000 Pro (fitted in my Dell Inspiron 530S slim tower which has a 250W PSU) and can anyone recommend a suitable upgrade which incidentally will be only for office use and driving a 24" LG W2442PA?
