Hello, I have got a problem with my PC.
    Celeron (R) CPU 2.10 Ghz
    768 RAM
    Videocard: ATI Radeon HD 3450.

It`s a little bit old, but i didn`t have such a problems before.

I play Cs 1.6 and Warcraft 3 most of all. When i played cs few years ago i had fps 100. But now i tried it and fps there jumps a lot. And it really uncomfortable to play with fps 20. In Warcraft 3 the same thing, huge lags. I checked everything, vert sync off, it`s not overheated. I have got all the drivers. I reinstalled Windows few times. And everything inside PC looks fine. So i don`t know what to do next to get my fps back.

I can understand that my PC is old. But i play the same old games. And characteristics of my PC should allow me to play with normal fps without lags. So i hope for your advice.

P.S. Sorry for bad grammar :)

You do not have enough RAM, and your available RAM has been compromised by updates and changes that consume what little RAM you have.

Tell us your PC brand and model, software, and configuration.
