Mail app can't view attachement PDF

    Hi,
    using windows 8 pro


    I can't download my PDF file on my windows mail app, using my windows account I tried to access my account on the web and I was able to view the file the error is can't download the file
    means the file is not corrupted

    tried to uninstall my norton antivirus no avail
    tried to download and install updates no avail
    tried to update my adobe reader still updated
    tried to right click the file hoping to find open with adobe reader no avail
