Mail program opening by itself and keep opening after is closed

I need to mention that I have a keyboard with a key for mail but is not stuck or something like that.I had reinstalled windows but the problem is still here.First I thought that is a virus but it seems is not.I observed that after a restart it takes some time to open by itself, always I think the problem is resolved but is not.Plus my top row of keys from the keyboard (From Q to ]) is not working when combined with SHIFT button.

And I just figured that every one of my media buttons open now mail even the volume wheel and the Fs does.

Which program are you using for Mail? Perhaps it is being autostarted.
