  1. VR-Zone has discovered entries for two unreleased GeForce graphics cards after rummaging through Nvidia's 266.7x beta drivers. The first card is named the GeForce GTX 550 Ti and is based on Nvidia's GF116 graphics processor. The 40nm chip is rumored to feature a 128-bit memory bus, a TDP of 110W or less, and it will supposedly be paired with a gig of GDDR5 memory. The GTX 550 Ti's rear I/O panel carries two dual-link DVI-I ports alongside one mini-HDMI output.

Getting pretty crowded in the mainstream market, at that price it's basically going head to head with the Radeon HD 6850. Also in this price range are the GTX 460 and GTX 465, assume we'll be seeing some price breaks on these in the near future. Will need to see some reviews to see how this all shakes out.

Also a bunch of 5870s still out there for ~$200, so if is supposed to stack up against the $200 6850 or 6870, going to be a little short.

Looks like Nvidia is getting ready to retire the GeForce 400 series. The GTX designation means it should pack a bigger punch than the GTS 450. No news on the core and memory clocks as yet. It'll need some pretty fast clocks to go against AMD's 6800 cards and their 256-bit memory buses. Can't wait to see the GTX 590, it should kick some major graphics ***.
  5. The gtx 590 will be released at the same time.(techman)
