Inactive Malwarebytes Turns My PC Off At The End Scanning

Hello!

So, I found out that I can't use Windows Updates, I've check every post to search for answers... nothing fix...

I've decided to run Malwarebytes, and he detected 150+ issues, but never ends. On the beginning of heuristic scan, just shut down my pc.

Maybe I can't update my pc because it is infected...

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.

About Farbar Recovery Scan Tool it says that is saved the log in the same location as FRST.exe but that's not there. And e don't let me copy the log...

Because e opens automatic after finish. But when I try to save it on another folder or something, when I check the folder for the .txt theres nothing there. Kinda strange I know...

I'm thinking if I should install windows again...

I'm a music producer, and I use 3rd party plugins for my DAW, most of them are cracked because right now I can't afford them. I want to know like what you suggest to keep my pc safe, like what programs and what av should I use to keep it clean and safe? Without losing the activations and crack's of that 3rd party DAW, because if something is deleted, I can't load them.

I can't update my windows, and can't use Windows AV...

Can you help with the programs that you suggest me to use for safety?

All you need is an antivirus program and assuming you're with Windows 10, built in Windows Defender is perfectly fine.
Then you can use Malwarebytes for occasional scanning.
