States rights have always pushed the limit on the idea of seceding. Remember Nevada in the 1940's, 50's, 60's and some of the 70's was the only state to have legal casino gambling and they still have legal prostitution. You don't hear liberals yelling foul and screaming sanctions at Nevada for prostitution. So liberals really are the only hypocrites here. Let the states the don't want homosexuals and lesbians ban them and get on with life.

The provision that bothered the North Carolina legislature was that local cities were creating ordinances that would allow All-Male access to female restrooms. If the LGBT community had limited their demands to POST-Op transgenders being recognized as having a right to enter female restrooms, that provision likely would have never been challenged.
But when they demanded that Pre-Op males should be allowed access, then no mechanism to keep HETEROSEXUAL male perverts out was easy to formulate for the legislature. Legally there is no difference between a citizen who is a transsexual male and a heterosexual male. So if trans males could gain access by stating "I'm a woman trapped in a man's body" then hetero-perverts who used the same statement would be able to gain access to female restrooms also. The idea of wives, daughters, mothers, sisters and female relatives and friends being potentially subjected to an all-access-pass for males didn't go over well in the legislature.
It would be nice if some celebrities and porn sites would bother to READ what led up to this decision by the state legislature before letting their knees start jerking like a jack hammer. Because I frankly find it difficult to believe any of them would support the law as local communities were writing them if it were understood how the LGBT demands for Pre-op access was going to open the door to All-Male access in female restrooms.

How does the M to F Transgender?
Like the normal male embryo, the Male to female Transgender brain it starts out
female Then between the 8th and the 24th weeks, the "XY" chromosomes introduce
testosterone hormonal changes, BUT hormonal washes as faulty. They are either

However, some of the default (original) female brain processes to remain intact.

remains Female. This means that Transgender males whose process of a
masculinization was incomplete, their default female brains still function.
The degree of arrested development can very. The original brain circuitry that
was missed in the Masculinizing process provides a continuing Feminine influence.
this explains why many transgender, biological males know. from as early as the
age of 3 years old that they are actually members of the opposite gender. You are
born with this unlike Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual). Trans-gender people are not all
perverts and pedophiles like 80% of the unintelligent population thinks. There
are more than 90% of so-called Heterosexual people baby rapist in the world than
Trans-gender people. Trans-gender people are not all about sexual relationships

As I have an adopted sister, who is a practicing heterosexual. and she is not for the idea, of dating a girl but she is by far not a homophobe or transphobic. And she will not set foot into, a lesbian bar unless I go with her. But she does not mind going, as long as I am there, as she puts it she maybe heterosexual. But she can enjoy the beauty of another woman, and often learns some new beauty tips from some of my lesbian friends as well as from me. So no not everyone, who is against it is homophobic, or transphobic. As some just are honest, and that it is not their thing but are perfectly fine with going shopping with someone who is transgender or homosexual.

Last I checked the majority of middle eastern people are HEAVILY religious, and if American bullets and bombs can't bring peace to the middle east, a porn site definitely won't, so I'm not sure how you put the US and the Middle East in the same category.
