Need MB + CPU Upgrade recommendation ($200 - 250)

Looking to do a MB and CPU upgrade for my system with a $200 - $250 budget, and was wondering what suggestions anyone had.

As a reference, I have been looking at the items suggested in an article from Tom's Hardware, they recommend the Intel E2160 CPU With a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L MB due to the ability to overclock the CPU to a significant degree.

What are the thoughts on that MB + CPU?

I am trying to gear my system for more graphics-intensive MMOs such as Age of Conan and Warhammer Online.

Here are the other components in my system:
350GB SATA HD
SATA DVD Burner
Nvidia 8800GT
2 GB RAM
Vista x64
550W Power Supply

EDIT: After reviewing Newegg, it seems the above Mobo has been replaced functionaly with the follwing:
ASRock P45R2000-WiFi LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

The AsRock is not comparable to the Gigabyte.

Anyone else able to help with hardware recommendations please?

I'd recommend this mobo and this CPU instead.
