I'm not sure if I posted this in the right area.

I'm trying get a desktop support position in my company, I was thinking about taking the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician Course, its about $1800.00, I'm terrible at taking tests, I was wondering if anyone knew of a sample type question that comes from the course, I don't want to get into something over my head, or is there a better course for Desktop Support.

I've been helping friends, family and co workers for years with hardware and windows operating issues, so I wont be going into a course "Green".
