I'm slightly confused. You said your purchased two sets but yet the second purchase appears to be a single module. Even in the screenshot the module size is 2GB.

    What exactly is the question?

Are you are questioning the frequency of 400MHz?
If so, that is normal. DDR stand for Double Data Rate, DDR2-800 would be Double Data Rate of 400MHz which is 800MHz.

What I meant to say is I bought a 2GB stick when I first build this desktop then I bought another stick but this time it appears to be single model thats fine. What I'm refering to is why one stick displaying 270 MHZ and other 400 MHZ? is that ok am I running both at 400 MHZ?

You are misreading the CPU-Z display. The frequencies shown are for the one RAM module installed in slot #1. Click on the drop down box for "Memory Slot Selection" for data on the RAM module installed in slot #2.
