Memory dump crash

  1. hi there, can you help me please, i have Un-installed Webroot as i wanted to change that for AVG, once i had done it my computer comes up with a blue screen now memory dump, it wont let me do anything and i go in on safe mode but still can't sort it. i looked up what was missing and the answer was. C:\program files(x86)\webroot\webrootsecurity\unins000.msg just wonder what i do next thenks

    I am guessing here (so I may be wrong), I think you may have tried un-install webroot while it was still running, hence the un-install was not successful and ended up giving you this problem.

    If you can boot in safe mode, I would suggest you to restore your system to a previous (stable) restore point. Once you are able to do this and can boot successfully, I would recommend you to boot in safe mode again, and then try to uninstall webroot.

    Which OS you are running on this system?
