Memory Error

Guys,
We are running a Dell PowerEdge 2800 as our main Application Server.
recently while checking out excel spread sheets in MS project were getting errors the read.. The instruction at "0x6c6040fa" referanced memory at "0x00000004" the memory could not be "read"

also our Domain Controller when booted causes a error just like the excel error. can anyone tell me how or why this error is happening? Thanks

I can only suggest you have some bad Ram. Run the testing modules supplied by Dell specifically for your server.

Be better if you gave more precise information. Does this error occur in One, some or all spreadsheets. Do all users get the error? Is it the same error?. Is it reproducible? Do any other applications exhibit a similar problem? Does the server error log show anything.
