Memory upgrade for Lenovo T61

Hi everyone, I have a Lenovo T61 laptop with 1GB of RAM.
I'm looking to upgrade this to 2GB or 4GB as I am running windows Vista on it.

I believe that it has 2 DDR-2 667 RAM slots, becaus CPUz says that it's running in dual channel mode but I'm not sure, and don't know how to find out.

Have you tried the Crucial website? That will generally tell you.

Your system has 2 Ram Slots that take either DDR2 PC2-6400 or PC2-5300. It supports up to 4GB of RAM.
