Merging two seperate IDE hard disks

Hello everyone

Is it possible to merge two seperate hard drives into a single drive?
My system has got 2x 80gb hard disks, one of which is partitioned in 2 (40 & 40gb).

So far I managed to re-merge the partitioned ones, and I got back to 2x 80gb
However I wish to set up (if possible) a single 160gb drive, as it would be easier for me to allocate and sort out folders...

You need RAID for that. If your motherboard does not support it, you can buy a PCI RAID-controller.
But it's hardly worth the effort, just remember you have a C and a D drive, plus whatever CD/DVDs.
