Message at boot up

  1. I wonder if anybody knows the answer to this .
    A computer I have comes up with a message early in the booting up process.
    It says "this computer is the property of a well know company ",after this it works OK.
    I bought this PC seconhand most of the files were removed.
    I reloaded windows ,but it has not removed this message ,I think the program that is doing this is on the hard drive .
    How can I remove this message ?

    Check your BIOS options.
