Boot in Safe Mode.
Switch System restore OFF.
Run a HJT scan and place a tick-mark in the little square before:
C:\Archivos de programa\Archivos comunes\Microsoft Shared\DAO\System32\svchost.exe
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName = Vínculos
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinService32] C:\Archivos de programa\Archivos comunes\Microsoft Shared\DAO\System32\svchost.exe
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.registration.sonystyle-europe.com (HKLM)
O23 - Service: VNC Server Version 4 (WinVNC4) - Unknown owner - C:\Archivos de programa\RealVNC\VNC4\WinVNC4.exe" -service (file missing)
Now click on the Fix Checked button in HJT.
When done, delete the highlighted directory DAO with everything in it, including that directory itself.
Delete all files and directories from: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp
Repeat this for ALL [usernames].
Boot normal. When all OK, switch System Restore back on.
