Why are people romancing their browsers? A browser is like a piece of glass. You look through it to see the Internet.
Glass is best when it's invisible. Ever brag about your window glass? "Behold this PPG model 1401, oil rolled, surface hardened, you can't see it because it's behind the grout, but it's waterknife cut. Isn't the city beautiful through it?" LOL no. Nobody wants to see the glass.
They only care about the glass when it fails, i.e. when it breaks or lets in an intruder or has streaks on it.
