  1. About a week after Office 2010 went gold, Technet and MSDN subscribers are now able to download Office 2010 Professional Plus in ISO format for both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms. For those of you who would rather avoid the notoriously slow download speeds of MSDN and choose to utilize less official channels, the SHA checksum is: 0E1840BF1AA81077692AF651BEFB75648CD9FAA7. Microsoft has also made available Sharepoint 2010, which is a complimentary enterprise solution for Office collaboration.

    Office 2010 is looking good
  3. Technet does not currently offer the ISO format. Instead, technet members will be downloading EXE files.

Installed Office 2010 x86 yesterday and it looks good so far. It is faster than Office2007. Even though 2010 comes in x86 and x64 MS recommends that you install the x86 version since most plugins, active-x, addins, etc. require 32 bit mode.
  5. Same thing goes for MSDN subscribers. EXE format only.
  6. First thoughts:
"I wonder if its on torrent yet!"
    :p
