I have a client that is having trouble seeing a Public Folder (PF) through her Outllok 2003 client. We are running Exchange Server 2003 within the network. I open the ESM (Exchange Server Manager) and I am able to see the PF there but not on her desktop. I have set the permissions for her to "Owner" of the folder and still nothing. This is happening while she is inside the network, any insight would be great. Thanks in advance.

Is her public folder on her local drive
If not make sure it's shared for her to see

You can also recreate the public folder link (by typing it in again) sometimes the link can be corrupted without showing it)
Note: by re-typing the location you may lose her current public folder data

She is trying to access PF's that were created by someone else. She has full permission through the group and through her username (just to be safe) and she still cannot see them.

What happens when she manually tries to explore (browse) to this folder

I still say retype the line

OK, thanks for the help. It has to be something simple because it is shown in the ESM and on other machines but not on this certain one, even when she has full permissions to this folder. I'll continue to try, thanks for the help.:grinthumb
