Microsoft Outlook fonts too large

when ever i compose a new mail in Outlook 2003, the fonts are too large though the recipeints would get it in the normal character, i tired changing in mail format and in customize current view but still left with the same problem ...

Please Advise

Whilst in Outlook message click the message body.
Press or hold CTRL while you rotate the wheel button to zoom in or out.
