    Yeah? Maybe Micro$oft only just realized Win 8 is not convincing enough after believing their own hype hence the reduction in price. I agree with jetkami though 100%

    At 599.99 or 849.99, that HP Ultrabook is over priced. SSD's are continually decreasing in gb/$ and 64gb with Windows 8 is too low. Even 128gb ssd is something I would avoid purchasing given the size of program suites like office, adobe, and such. If one isn't planning on using any of this and is just planning on using this UB as a browsing tool, buy a Chromebook with an atom and small flash storage; same thing.

    Knock off $200 or $300 off current MSRP. Then we can talk about buying these devices. Bring the price down!
