Microsoft to fix critical Internet Explorer vulnerability today

    Microsoft will be releasing an out-of band patch later today to fix a critical zero-day flaw affecting Internet Explorer versions 6,7 and 8. The vulnerability allows hackers to execute code remotely in the event that a user visits an infected website.

  3. I have always wondered why I can uninstall internet explorer and avoid all of its issues? I mean, I never use it, it seems pointless to have it on my computer. I prefer anything over internet explorer.

  5. Anyone using Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8. Do us all a favor and Please throw it out the nearest window. Dont bother unplugging anything, the wires will detach if you yank hard enough.

    Surely that is a mis spelled word since one can't uninstall IE. :)
