    We have one here in Atlanta. It's a pretty nice looking place. Interestingly, it is in a mall and sits directly above an Apple store.

  7. It seems that Microsoft is slowing turning into Apple. They now have retail stores, are releasing tablet hardware, are reducing users choices, have an app store, are trying to lock you in, etc.

    That market has changed and so has the strategy needed to sell products in it. Just as someone at the apple store would know more about apple products than a best buy employee, people at the MS store would know more about MS products. Sales is certainly part of it but there are plenty of other reasons to go as long as you know when someone is trying to sell you one something. hint: it's not hard to sell something to someone when they already want it.
