Mini-dump debug analysis help

    I have a Windows PC that has had a few BSOD's lately. It was a fresh install of XP, I have run memory and disk tests and the system passes those tests. I have defragged and extended the MFT (the filesystem is rather large with about 1 000 000 files) using diskeeper but still get these BSOD's. I have included the debug output with this post.
