I guess this isnt really as bad as those errors that keep appearing..
but i have this problem...where everytime my computer starts up...they will do a scan disk or disk check..a blue screen if ur using XP pro...
they said they are scanning your computer for errors for file on E drive NTFS or something liddat...
and u may stop the scan by pressing any key...
HoW can I actually stop the scan from appearing?...

PS:anyway how do I clear minor errors..like those msges appearing after a faliure in operation of programs..where they keep appearing ( optional to answer)

    Thanks a lot ppl...
    U deserve it..

Click start programmes accessories system tools scheduled tasks and see if the disk check is there. If it is you can remove it.

    I`m assuming your using XP?

    Regards Howard

You should keep using the regular thread instead of creating a new one.

Once Windows is booted, try to launch a full scan with the repair features enabled on that drive (I assume it's the same drive every time).
