Missing drive letter!

Hi. Ok there is something wrong in my windows xp I think.
I am running Windows XP SP2.
Before upgrading, and possibly some other things I was running a Kodak digital camera through a USB port. When I hit the button on the dock it loads up as drive m:

I can go to start --> run --> m: and it will open and show me the contenct of the camera, but it does not show the drive letter in "my computer".
When I log in to the admin account, it shows the m: drive. The account I normally use is also admin, but the "my computer" display looks different.

I set up a new account and gave it the same privileges, and the camera shows. It is only my main login where it does not. Clearly something changed in my registry which is preventing the drive letter m: from showing up.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried refreshing the My Computer explorer window (F5)? :p

Do you have the shell hardware detection service running?
