Missing Playlist Headers in Foobar2000

I've been using Foobar2000 as a music player for a while now, but one day it randomly capsized and was completely glitched out. I reinstalled it along with all the addons and themes I had set it up with, but I've got one last problem. In my playlist, there are no headers to separate artists/albums. It's just one hellalong list of songs. It's not the mp3 tags in the songs, because I had loaded these same songs before and it worked fine. I've looked pretty much all over the internets, and have yet to find the answer.

I'm using PanelsUI v13.something, and FoFR v0.9

tl;dr: My foobar2k isn't displaying playlist headers. Halp.
