    Hi all,

Need some help if poss?? Have a USB 2gb flash drive which is currently saying it only has 3mb storage capacity

I have re-formatted the drive, and it is currently in NTFS format. All hidden folders are active, so I can only assume there is no more data on there at all, so don't know why I am missing the rest of my storage :(

Has anyone come across this before? The only possible thing I can think of is something to do with the partioning etc but I don't know enough to be able to fix this.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

Try formatting in FAT, not FAT32 or NTFS

Don't bother wasting your time, 2GB flash drives go for < $10

Try recreating the partition in device manager, if that doesn't like there is likely something wrong with the drive.
