Missing Vfat

    I have gotten the error message: VFAT missing or damaged. Is there a second FAT in the NTFS? If so, how do I retreive it? I would like to recover data from this disk if possible.

    Deskstar 80gb NTFS
    ATA100 Ultra DMA 5
    PIO 4 ( I think)

    Any thoughts would be appreciated
