There's about 10,000 different keyboards in the world, and nearly as many computers :D

I think you are best to tell us a bit more about your hardware (actually a lot more)
You can start by doing the below ;)
Please put your System Specs information in your Profile

If you have a proprietory computer like Dell; HP; Acer etc, please manually write this in the mobo field (ie Dell Dimension 3100 - as an example)

Please click on Yes in your Profile To this question:
Would you like to show other members your computer specs? Default is (NO) This will be displayed in your posts via a drop down menu for other members to view. Add your system specs in your usercp Edit options.

Also you will need to supply your Keyboard info:
Wireless
Non Wireless
Manufacture
Model
Exactly which buttons
So forth so forth....

Generally it's just a matter of downloading your Keyboard program
If it's a manufacture computer (like Dell etc) then you might find that program here: https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic117607.html

Good luck :grinthumb

Nothing at all
You are are asking the questions, and I answer them
Ideally you should have just updated your profile (as I stated)
Anyway, at least I worked out that you have a laptop, that was a bonus
Oh and I edited above with your driver and programs download page.

Have a nice day. Glad it's resolved.

I gave you all the information you wanted about my laptop and you still wanted me to do that profile thing? lol

also why your giving me a link to the Acer's drivers and programs page?

Acer Aspire 4710
Because that's what you have, and that's where the keyboard program comes from
I'd download them all (you could be missing other stuff too) Except Bios update, this isn't even supported by the manufacture.

By the way, when I ask something. ie update your Profile. It's for your benefit not mine. I don't have the problem.
If you decide not to follow what I say, then I usually cannot help further.

That's why.

I don't know why you really want it on the profile, you got all the info.

it's like:

hey I have a problem with my ride
then you ask is it a four wheeler or two?
then I post a pic of it ( 4 wheeler )
then you say you didn't answer my question, read again carefully.

LOL

Anyone else who understands can help me please?

Look go read what you pasted in
Floppy drive info
Cd drive info
etc etc

You know I didn't need that that info, actually the only thing that helps in that paste is your OS info and laptop make. ie about 2 lines worth.

But when you pasted in all that other stuff, I thought WTF :D I don't need that.

Now you couldn't be too concerned seeming you still haven't done what I said
But to save some support guy coming on and posting and you give thanks to him, and likely no thanks to me.

It's probably in your manual
Go read it

Dude there's no program for the keyboard there, just drivers.
Special keys and
controls
• 88-/89-/93-key keyboard, with inverted "T" cursor layout; 2.5
mm (minimum) key travel
• Seamless touchpad with 4-way scroll button
• 12 function keys, four cursor keys, two Windows® keys,
hotkey controls, embedded numeric keypad, international
language support, independent US and Euro dollar sign keys,
media control keys
• Empowering Key
• Easy-launch buttons: WLAN, Internet, email, Bluetooth

Easy-launch buttons
Located beside the keyboard are application buttons. These buttons are called
easy-launch buttons. They are: Empowering Key, WLAN, Internet, email,
Bluetooth and Acer Arcade.
Press to run the Acer Empowering Technology. Please see "Acer
Empowering Technology" on page 1. The mail and Web browser buttons are
pre-set to email and Internet programs, but can be reset by users. To set the
Web browser, mail and programmable buttons, run the Acer Launch Manager.
See "Launch Manager" on page 38.

Launch Manager allows you to set the four easy-launch buttons located above
the keyboard. "Easy-launch buttons" on page 26 for the location of the easylaunch
buttons.
You can access the Launch Manager by clicking on Start, All Programs, and then
Launch Manager to start the application.

Launch Manager?
You can't see that there?
Well here it is:

ftp://ftp.acer-euro.com/notebook/aspire_7730/vista/Drivers/LaunchManager_v2.0.05.zip

Just happened to be in the link I supplied ;) (8 posts ago!)
Next time read a bit more carefully DUDE

Edit:

Wrong link, I posted below
Doh! I read the wrong manual too. Arrgh

LOL don't have any buttons above the keyboard.
this is obviously infos for an other model of the laptop.

Doh! wrong link, because I was going too quickly, and your specs are way up there, so I have to keep scrolling up and down this thread (it's very annoying)

Here's the link:

----------------------------

actually I remember this, I got it when I bought the laptop first time, it doesnt help.

it just can let me change the buttons that I use, not the ones i dont (Bluetooth and the Other)

so I disabled it before and there's no use from it for me.

isnt there a program like this that can work on any kind of button?
like a shortcut button manager?
