Hello if I need to refund for my order(lets suppose from china shop) to take my money back, what kind of information I have to give them???
is transaction id enough??? Thank you

I'm no grammer expert, but your question is mixed up. If you're in the U.S.A. & you bought it from a reputable store, & your warranty is still valid, you should be able to return it with your receipt for a refund/replacement depending on their Terms Of Service.

"learn" is right - it is all about 'terms of service' which should be available on vendor's website. If eBay or Amazon or another "selling platform", their terms of service may supersede the vendor. Returns of cross border purchases may not be 'fully' enforceable.

IMHO, you should ask the vendor what documentation you need. It doesn't matter what we say. Imagine if the store says you don't have the right information. If you respond with, "But TechSpot says I only need this (or that)," you will likely be met with a blank stare and no refund.
