Monitor going to sleep

Hello, Yesterday I started my computer, CPU starts without any problem but my monitor did'n start and going to sleep. I checked the RAM, VGA Cable, but all works fine. Is there any Software error or Hardware ??

Please HELP me out.

Try another monitor first, if you haven't already...
