Monitor wont start up?

Hi all,

I need help on my Pc, like one day i decided to turn on my computer...everything works fine until my monitor won't start up...then came one beep noise...my monitor was blank and it was like..it was never on...i dont think its my monitor or the power..do anyone have any suggestion to my problem?

edit : I was searching if anyone has the same situation as mines and i did find lots but my situation is a lil different from them and couldnt find thier ideas to work...
plz help..
